Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to professional services provided by Muhammed Shamveel Pacheri (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including software development, website maintenance, technical support, deployment, and infrastructure services.
1. Refunds
Our services are primarily professional digital services. Refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the service, the work already performed, and the terms agreed with the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law:
- Fees for services already performed are non-refundable.
- Recurring maintenance fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant service period has commenced.
- Third-party costs already incurred on behalf of a client, such as hosting, domain renewals, API usage, or other external service charges, are generally non-refundable where those costs cannot be recovered from the relevant provider.
Any specific refund terms applicable to a project are governed by the Client Service Agreement, quotation, or other written agreement entered into with the client.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation of ongoing maintenance or recurring services is subject to the notice period specified in the applicable Client Service Agreement.
Where no different period has been agreed, 30 calendar days' written notice is required.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations or costs already incurred before the effective termination date.
3. Refund Requests
For questions regarding a payment or refund, please contact:
Please include the relevant invoice or transaction reference where available.
4. Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any right to a refund or cancellation that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
